Introduction:

The EUC/Desktop Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktops and end-user computing devices. They will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, manage and troubleshoot hardware and software, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to desktops and end-user computing devices
• Manage and troubleshoot Mac hardware and software
• Provide technical support for account setup, network configuration, software, and hardware issues
• Utilize ITSM tools like ServiceNow for ticket management
• Communicate effectively with end-users to provide step-by-step technical help

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience in desktop support and end-user computing
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Mac hardware and software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Jamf
• Certifications in desktop support or end-user computing
• Experience in a similar role providing technical support
