Job Description

Position: Lead IT Program Manager
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 6-12 Month Contract-to-Hire 
 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
 
·  7+ years of program, project, or delivery management experience within large, complex organizations.
·  Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technology, digital, data, analytics, platform, or business transformation initiatives.
·  Proven ability to coordinate work across business and technical teams to achieve delivery objectives.
·  Experience managing plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
·  Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
·  Experience working with product, engineering, business, and operational partners.
·  Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving priorities, competing demands, and organizational complexity.
·  Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across matrixed organizations.
·  PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
