Location: Bentonville, AR (preferred) but open to remote within US based on skill level
Interview: Need to clear Infosys internal evaluation & Customer evaluation (hands-on coding is mandatory)

Must have:

• React (functional components + hooks) in a production server-side-rendering context
• Experience with a Node.js-based SSR framework (e.g. Next.js, Electrode, or equivalent)
• Redux or Redux Toolkit for state management
• Webpack/Babel build tooling comfortable debugging build configuration, not just application code
• CSS-in-JS (e.g. Emotion, styled-components) or equivalent component-level styling experience
• Jest + React Testing Library able to write real component tests, not just snapshot tests
• Experience building UI that avoids hardcoded locale/region assumptions (currency, date/number formatting, text direction, etc.) for products serving multiple markets
• Experience with Kubernetes-based deployment pipelines for front-end services
• Java (recent LTS e.g. Java 17/21)
• Spring Boot 3.x (REST controllers; reactive/WebFlux for gateway and high-throughput query-service work; dependency injection; auto-configuration patterns)
• Apache Kafka consumer group patterns, event/CDC-style ingestion, producer patterns
• A NoSQL/document database (e.g. Azure Cosmos DB, MongoDB, DynamoDB) including change-feed/streaming-style read patterns, not just basic CRUD
• Working knowledge of at least one relational database (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server/Azure SQL) via JDBC
• Maven or Gradle build tooling, multi-module dependency management
• Comfort designing and maintaining services that support multiple markets/regions without hardcoded assumptions baked into business logic
• Experience with a CI/CD pipeline and Kubernetes-based deployment as a routine part of the development workflow, not an occasional platform-team handoff

Nice to have:

• GraphQL client-side consumption (e.g. Apollo)
• Experience with internal config-management or feature-flag client libraries
• WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility experience
• In-process caching (e.g. Caffeine) and/or distributed caching (e.g. Redis)
• Secrets management tooling (e.g. HashiCorp Vault)
