Role DescriptionAs a Lead Consultant, you will provide strategic and delivery leadership for Workday or UKG Pro workforce management implementations, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. You will lead complex, multi-module implementations covering HR, Timekeeping, Attendance & Accruals, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling, Payroll ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business and organizational goals. You will be responsible for driving solution architecture, defining best practices, and designing complex workflows, rules, policies, and integrations with other HR and payroll systems. In this role, you will align HR operating model with business goals and workforce strategy. Additionally, you will mentor senior consultants, review technical designs and documentation, support governance and quality assurance, and contribute to stakeholder communication, training strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will serve as a UKG Pro WFM / Workday subject matter expert, ensuring excellence across implementation, optimization, and post-go-live support.

Roles and Responsibilities- Define and design end-to-end HR architecture (process, organization, technology)
- Align HR operating model with business goals and workforce strategy
- Design and own HR systems landscape (HCM, WFM, Payroll)
- Ensure scalable, secure, and integrated HR platforms across regions
- Lead HR digital transformation initiatives (automation, analytics, AI)
- Coordinate multi-environment deployments, testing activities, and release management for business-critical applications.
- Drive automation, code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to Agile delivery practices.
- Collaborate with HR leaders, IT teams, and business stakeholders
- Act as strategic advisor to leadership on HR transformation
- Establish governance frameworks and best practices
- Should have minimum 12-14 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM or Workday
- Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of modules like HCM, Scheduling, Timekeeping, Analytics, Global Time Off, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, Devices
- Experience in Pay rules, Work rules, Labor Level Transfers, Adjustment Rules and Wages, Exceptions, Holiday Profiles, Holiday Credit Rules
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (a Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus).
