Job Description

Required

5+ years of direct people-management experience, including hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and career development of QA and automation engineers.
Demonstrated track record of leading a manual-to-automation transformation — defining the strategy, roadmap, frameworks, upskilling plan, and metrics to get there.
Expert-level proficiency with Playwright and/or Selenium (5+ years); proven ability to architect and scale production-grade automation frameworks.
Hands-on experience automating Salesforce applications — including Lightning UI, custom components, flows, and Salesforce APIs — using tools such as Provar, Copado, Selenium, or Playwright.
Expertise in API testing (REST/GraphQL) and mobile automation (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest) across multiple platforms and device configurations.
Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution and reporting at scale; familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized test environments.
Demonstrated use of AI-assisted tools to accelerate test development and improve team productivity.
Strong communication skills — comfortable presenting to technical, business, and C-level audiences.

Preferred

Experience with load and performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling, LoadRunner, or equivalent).
Background in Agile/Scrum environments and sprint-level QA planning.
Advanced knowledge of test data management strategies.
