The Role
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you'll be a trusted advisor to managers across the UK and Republic of Ireland, providing practical, legally compliant guidance on a broad range of employee relations issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and wellbeing matters.
• Providing expert advice to managers on complex employee relations issues.
• Supporting Employment Tribunal activity, including early conciliation, case preparation and documentation.
• Assisting with organisational change projects, including restructures, redundancy, redeployment and TUPE.
• Working closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Analysing employee relations trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and risk reduction.

About You
We're looking for someone who brings:

• Previous experience in an Employee Relations Specialist or HR role managing complex casework.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, with exposure to Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland legislation being advantageous.

• Confidence influencing and advising managers at all levels.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A CIPD qualification (or working towards one), mediation training, or Employment Tribunal experience would be advantageous but are not essential.
