Cycle Technician | Belfast, United Kingdom | Hybrid

The Role
- Deliver market-leading standards of cycle service and repair across a range of bikes, including electric models.
- Perform service and repair work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist in developing other members of the team by sharing technical expertise.
- Help customers find and maintain their ideal bike through practical problem-solving.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets within the cycling department.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in service, building, and repair across various types of cycles.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service, ideally within a retail or cycle services setting.
- Demonstrated ability to share technical knowledge and expertise with others.
- Experience in working towards and achieving sales targets.
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
