The Role

• Deliver market-leading standards of cycle service and repair across a range of bikes, including electric models.
• Perform service and repair work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist in developing other members of the team by sharing technical expertise.
• Help customers find and maintain their ideal bike through practical problem-solving.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets within the cycling department.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in service, building, and repair across various types of cycles.
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service, ideally within a retail or cycle services setting.
• Demonstrated ability to share technical knowledge and expertise with others.
• Experience in working towards and achieving sales targets.
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
