Location: Paris, TX (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000 to $125,000 per year, plus signing bonus
Relocation: Partial relocation package available

Lead the financial operations of a hospital, aligning budgets, reporting, and audits with the organization’s mission of quality patient care.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

What You’ll Do

• Set financial goals, strategies, and standards aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements
• Direct budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing
• Manage internal and external audits
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and development for finance staff
• Build a professional, growth-focused finance team

Nice-to-Haves

• Hospital or healthcare finance experience
• CPA designation
• Experience with healthcare reimbursement and cost reporting
