Senior Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Introduction:

As a Senior Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations at Deloitte, you will play a crucial role in understanding clients' business processes, modeling them into the ERP system, designing creative customizations, and bridging gaps to deliver value. You will work in a dynamic team environment, utilizing the latest technologies and methodologies to transform the way our clients do business.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client's business requirements and model processes into the ERP system
• Design end-to-end solutions and provide industry best practices
• Interact daily with clients and team members to ensure successful project delivery
• Contribute to building company tools and assets, improving delivery processes, and training on new technologies

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• At least 8 to 10 years of relevant industry experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX / Finance and Operations
• Experience with end-to-end implementations, including at least one F&O implementation
• Strong experience in Supply Chain Management or Finance
• Proficient in business requirements gathering and design documentation
• Ability to lead workshops with key stakeholders
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Management or Engineering

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Ability to travel for projects across Canada and the USA

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte offers competitive salaries and values unique strengths and contributions of its employees.
