Nealy Pierce, LLC, a specialized healthcare executive search firm, is seeking an Acute Care recruiter to lead full-cycle searches for nursing and allied health leaders in hospitals and health systems nationwide. In this role, you'll partner directly with senior executives to define search strategies, source and assess high-caliber leadership talent, and manage each step of the recruitment process from intake through offer and acceptance. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, provide consultative market insights, and ensure a transparent, high-touch experience. Working within Nealy Pierce's collaborative, integrity-driven culture, you'll gain deep exposure to acute care operations and leadership structures while directly impacting patient care through better leadership placements. This hybrid role combines strategic relationship management, analytical assessment, and hands-on recruiting execution in a high-accountability, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for acute care nursing and allied health leadership roles nationwide
- Partner with hospital and health system executives to define search strategy and position requirements
- Source, screen, and interview high-potential leadership candidates using structured methods
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Prepare candidate presentations, manage interview processes, and guide offer/acceptance
- Provide market intelligence and consultative guidance on talent trends and compensation
- Maintain accurate search documentation and updates in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with internal team members to share insights and support firm-wide search priorities
- Represent Nealy Pierce's values of integrity, transparency, and accountability in all interactions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of search processes and candidate/client experience
