Your Role Will Include:

    • Taking the lead in managing the entire recruitment process, from the first conversation with candidates through successful onboarding.
    • Staying informed about internal staffing needs and external market trends to attract top talent.
    • Creating compelling job postings and advertisements that attract qualified candidates.
    • Utilizing innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
    • Providing candidates with timely and engaging communication, ideally responding to applications the same day.
    • Maintaining flexibility in work schedules to connect with candidates during early mornings, evenings, or other convenient times.
    • Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Accurately documenting all recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system.
    • Creating a professional, welcoming, and positive interview experience for candidates.
    • Partnering closely with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring decisions.
    • Extending employment offers with appropriate approvals from hiring managers and leadership.
    • Managing and coordinating all pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal background checks, drug screenings, physical examinations, SSN verification, reference checks, child abuse clearances, driving record reviews, license verification, and other compliance-related requirements.
    • Ensuring all pre-hire documentation, credentialing, and onboarding requirements are completed accurately and timely.
    • Coordinating onboarding activities to ensure new hires are fully prepared and welcomed into the organization.
    • Generating and analyzing recruitment reports and metrics to identify hiring trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Continuously evaluating and enhancing recruitment processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
    • Maintaining knowledge of healthcare recruitment regulations, employment laws, and organizational compliance requirements.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience coordinating healthcare-related background screenings and pre-employment compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of employment eligibility verification (I-9), SSN verification, drug screening programs, criminal background investigations, child Abuse Clearance and healthcare credentialing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines simultaneously.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of focused recruitment experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking or Candidate Management Systems is a must!
  • Exceptional client management skills and a knack for building lasting relationships.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles.
  • A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that connect and engage.
