Sr. Project Manager-Dynamics 365 Business Central

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager-Dynamics 365 Business Central in Elkridge, MD.

Duties:
* Take working control of the Business Central/D365 project plan - rebuild workstreams, sequencing, and milestones from the current state
* Manage SI and other technical delivery resources day-to-day, holding them to planning artifacts, milestone commitments, and data-readiness standards (e.g., environment/data load-in ahead of UAT)
* Partner directly with Finance and Business Systems Leadership, along with the IT PMO, to keep the integration phase on schedule through go-live
* Stand up and run the project governance cadence: status reporting, risk/issue/dependency tracking, and structured planning artifacts - the disciplines that have been missing to date
* Plan and lead the upcoming integration and subsequent foreign entity onboarding including AR/AP data load-in
* Surface risks and blockers early and directly - no last-minute discovery of schedule or data-readiness issues
* Operate with the same standard of ownership and delivery command - minimal handholding, high accountability, clear communication up and across

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with financial systems or financial systems integrations strongly preferred - candidates with this background may be considered at a higher rate
* Strong technical project management background with demonstrated success managing complex system integrations (not limited to ERP)
* Comfortable operating in a Finance-led, IT-supported governance structure, with clear, structured stakeholder communication
* Track record of rebuilding or rescuing a project plan on an in-flight, at-risk initiative
* Proven ability to manage third-party implementation partners/vendors and hold them accountable to plans and milestones
* Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and manage detailed project plans directly in Monday.com, and to work with the IT PMO to align on the appropriate level of detail, structure, and update cadence to be captured on the board

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
