Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition across emerging and growth-stage eCommerce brands. The role focuses on identifying prospects, building relationships, conducting sales meetings, and converting opportunities into long-term customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.
  • Identify and engage D2C, marketplace, and retail brands looking for fulfillment and shipping solutions.
  • Schedule meetings, conduct discovery calls, and present WareIQ's solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.
  • Prepare proposals, support commercial discussions, and assist in deal closures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales activities regularly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, eCommerce, logistics, and supply chain developments.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, B2B sales, logistics, SaaS, or eCommerce.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to eCommerce, warehousing, fulfillment, shipping, or logistics is an advantage.
