Human Resources Generalist - Medical Office

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the delivery of enterprise-wide human resources initiatives, compliance with all applicable laws, and advising company leaders and employees on HR best practices regarding employee relations and the various parts of performance management. As a key member of the HR team, this role will also support recruitment, administration of HRIS employee records and benefits programs.

Crucial elements of this role are the agility to shift seamlessly from “broad” HR matters to “tactical” compliance elements and maintaining knowledge and interest in both ends of this spectrum. Minimum 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience (to include employee relations)
~Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or other relevant discipline
~Demonstrated experience solving employee relations situations
~Experience with Employee Leave & Benefits, HRIS and Recruitment practices
