Senior AI Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Summary
A senior, hands-on AI engineer who works directly with Product and business teams to turn high-value opportunities into working AI solutions. The role combines business problem solving, rapid prototyping, solution architecture, and production delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner directly with Product and business teams to identify and shape AI use cases.
Translate business processes into practical AI workflows and solutions.
Rapidly prototype and validate solutions with end users.
Design and build AI agents, workflows, knowledge solutions, and enterprise integrations.
Define evaluation, security, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
Provide technical direction to offshore AI engineers and drive solutions through production.
Create reusable patterns that can be scaled across teams.
Experience:
Strong hands-on experience building production generative AI/LLM solutions.
Experience with agents, RAG/enterprise knowledge, APIs and enterprise integrations.
Strong Python and/or TypeScript development experience.
Experience with Claude/Anthropic or similar enterprise AI platforms.
Comfortable working directly with senior business, Product and technical stakeholders.
