Job Description

Conduent seeks a Document Processing Specialist to support high-volume digital and paper-based workflows for government and commercial clients. In this role, you will capture, validate, and index data using document management and workflow tools, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client and regulatory standards. You will handle confidential information securely, resolve exceptions, and meet strict SLAs and quality targets. Working in a performance-driven, collaborative environment, you will contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives while gaining exposure to large-scale digital transformation and business process services.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and validate high volumes of digital and paper-based documents for government and commercial clients
  • Capture, index, and verify data using document management and workflow software
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or exceptions, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Follow standardized operating procedures, SLAs, and quality metrics to ensure timely processing
  • Maintain secure handling of sensitive and confidential information in accordance with policy
  • Collaborate with operations, technology, and client service teams to improve workflows
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives through feedback and testing
  • Produce routine reports, logs, and status updates on throughput, quality, and errors
  • Support onboarding and cross-training within the document processing team
