What to Expect First point of contact for all IT-related employee inquiries Analysis, classification, and documentation of incoming inquiries in the ticketing system Independently handling support cases at the 1st and 2nd levels—remotely, by phone, or on-site Prompt, qualified, and subject-specific escalation to 3rd-level support Creation and maintenance of a knowledge base management system Installation, configuration, and maintenance of standard software, software packages, clients, and mobile devices Your Qualifications Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) or comparable IT training Strong knowledge of the Microsoft product ecosystem Technical understanding of hardware components, peripherals, network topologies, firewalls/VPNs, and the configuration of virtual environments using VMware Strong customer and service orientation, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team Willingness to travel as part of your job Very good German language skills and a Class B driver's license.
