You'll configure workflows, forms, portals, and templates, and develop tailored solutions for our established client base.

Remote Work: During the probationary period, you'll work at our office in Brühl. After the probationary period, you'll also have the option to work from home. Your ResponsibilitiesYou'll analyze business requirements and implement them within our application. You will configure workflows, parameters, filters, table views, and other system settings. You will create and maintain mail merge, document, and email templates. You will configure our portals and form solutions and customize forms and user interfaces to specific use cases and customer requirements.

You will coordinate solutions directly with customers. You'll assist with training sessions and further develop documentation and online help. What You Should Bring to the Table Vocational training, a college degree, or a comparable practical career in the IT or application field. Experience with configurable software solutions, such as CRM, ERP, workflow, or low-code systems. A quick grasp of technical and business processes. A structured, independent, and pragmatic approach to work. Fluency in German and a passion for direct, professional communication with customers.

Prerequisites Prior technical knowledge is not required. However, depending on your experience and interests, you can expand your responsibilities to include SQL as well as minor customizations using JavaScript and CSS. We also take additional technical expertise and responsibility into account when determining compensation—up to 60,000 euros gross annual salary is possible.
