We are currently looking for an experienced M365 Dynamics Project Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, ALM, and enterprise solution architecture.

Required Skills

6+ years of experience working with State Government environments
10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solution architecture, customization, and administration
10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including relational data modeling, custom business logic, and security role architecture
10+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform enterprise components
10+ years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure DevOps/GitHub pipelines and managed solution deployments
10+ years of experience with custom extensibility using C#/.NET, including plugins and custom workflow assemblies
10+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript client-side scripting
10+ years of experience with cloud security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, CJIS, and NIST 800-53 controls

Preferred Skills

Microsoft Power Pages architecture, external authentication, and secure portal implementation
Power BI data modeling and reporting
Dataverse / Azure Synapse Link integration
PL-600 or PL-400 certification
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) or Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
