BMR Solutions is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bristol.

We re an established Engineering & Technical recruitment business, and we re looking for someone ambitious, competitive and motivated who wants to build a successful career with us.

Recruitment experience isn t essential.

You might already be working in recruitment, have a background in sales or customer service, or simply be looking for an opportunity where your personality, work ethic and ambition can determine how successful you become.

For us, attitude matters.

What will you be doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you ll develop your own desk and build relationships with both candidates and clients. Your role will include:

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Sourcing and engaging with candidates
• Advertising vacancies and searching CV databases
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
• Developing new business and identifying opportunities with prospective clients
• Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Working towards individual and team targets
