Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Security Integration Architect to design, build, and scale our physical security infrastructure platform. In this role, you will lead the modernization of our physical security systems across multiple corporate and regional facilities. You will be the technical authority responsible for standardizing communication between access control, video management, and cloud-based AI monitoring systems. Your work will directly automate security workflows and reduce manual intervention across our enterprise footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture: Lead the design, delivery, and governance of an enterprise-grade integration platform unifying physical security systems.
• API & Workflow Design: Architect secure, high-performance REST APIs and real-time event-driven workflows to bridge third-party hardware, cloud solutions, and internal applications.
• System Interoperability: Must have expertise creating seamless integrations between cloud AI platforms (e.g., Turing AI), access control providers (e.g., Brivo), and proprietary facility management software.
• Standards & Compliance: Establish and enforce standardized communication protocols, data schemas, and security frameworks across all physical endpoints and cloud nodes.
• Automation & Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks to automate security response activities, targeting measurable reductions in manual security triage.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, System Integration, or IoT/Physical Security engineering.
• Integration Architecture: Proven track record designing event-driven architectures, pub/sub messaging models, and secure RESTful Web Services.
• Security Tech Stack: Direct experience integrating physical security ecosystems, specifically access control systems (Brivo, LenelS2, or equivalent) and cloud-based video analytics (Turing AI, Verkada, or equivalent).
• Enterprise Scale: Experience deploying and managing infrastructure across multi-facility environments (e.g., 10+ regional offices or branch locations).
• Network & Security: Strong understanding of network protocols, cloud-to-premise connectivity, encryption standards, and Zero Trust security models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) software or smart building IoT standards.
• Experience engineering technology infrastructure within highly regulated sectors (e.g., Banking, FinServ, or Healthcare).
