Job Description:

Strategic Business Analyst supporting Investment Banking Technology and Access Governance, responsible for advancing security, compliance and operational excellence across critical investment Banking Platforms.

Partners with business leaders, technology teams, Identity & Access Management, and third-party vendors to optimize access governance, strengthen cybersecurity controls, and streamline onboarding processes.

Leads business analysis and process improvement initiatives that reduce risk, protect sensitive information and enhance operational efficiency, while serving as a trusted liaison between business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage IAM and access governance processes.

·         Ensure cybersecurity, risk, and compliance controls.

·         Gather business requirements and improve processes.

·         Coordinate with business, technology, and control teams.

·         Identify risks and drive operational efficiency.
