Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (SFDC BSA)
Location: Alameda, CA (5 Days Onsite)

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to gather business requirements, analyze business processes, and support Salesforce CRM enhancements. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:

·  Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

·  Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for Salesforce improvements.

·  Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators on solution delivery.

·  Support Salesforce configuration requirements, functional testing, UAT, and defect resolution.

·  Prepare process flows, documentation, and business requirement documents.

·  Coordinate with stakeholders to support releases and successful implementation.

Required Skills:

·  Strong experience as an SFDC BSA / Salesforce Business Analyst.

·  Salesforce CRM functional knowledge.

·  Requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

·  User stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT.

·  Stakeholder management and communication skills.
