🔹 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Estimator to support the digital transformation of our Engineering & Construction estimating organization. The ideal candidate will help improve business processes through technology, data, automation, and AI.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Partner with estimators to understand existing processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements.

• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement digital solutions.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, workflow automation, and data centralization.

• Support solution testing, validation, deployment, and rollout.

• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong business analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.

• Ability to bridge the gap between business teams and technical developers.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Interest or experience in technology, data, automation, and AI.

• Experience in estimating, engineering, construction, technology, or product management is a plus.
