Learning and Development Manager - Technical Programs (IT)

CF Industries is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to design and lead learning strategies that build technical and leadership capabilities across our global technology teams. In this role, you will assess skill gaps, develop curricula for engineers and product teams, and implement blended learning programs including e-learning, workshops, and coaching. You will partner with HR and functional leaders to align programs with business goals, manage LMS administration, track learning impact with data and analytics, and continuously improve programs to support innovation, collaboration, and career growth in a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning and development strategy for technology teams
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities
• Develop and manage technical, professional, and leadership training programs
• Create and curate e-learning, workshops, and blended learning content
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align programs with business goals
• Manage LMS setup, administration, and learner experience
• Track and report training participation, effectiveness, and ROI using data
• Support onboarding programs for new hires in technical functions
• Coordinate external vendors and consultants for specialized training
• Continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance metrics
