The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members at the roadside.
• Undertake complex fault-finding on a variety of vehicles.
• Respond to a range of issues including mechanical faults, battery replacements, and tyre changes.
• Work autonomously and make sound decisions to resolve issues effectively.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years’ post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to stay calm and confident under pressure.
