Site Supervisor - Ft Belvoir with Security Clearance

Overview Tactica Solutions is seeking Site Supervisors to lead unarmed access-contr ol and security-escort operations supporting U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command facilities. This role maintains reliable staffing, compliant security operations, and clear coordination with Government stakeholders across assigned locations. Duties and Responsiblities

• Supervise daily access-contr ol and escort operations and maintain uninterrupted coverage.
• Prepare and manage shift schedules and designate qualified acting supervisors when off duty.
• Ensure personnel follow post orders, standard operating procedures, visitor-contr ol requirements, and security directives.
• Coordinate staffing, incidents, vacancies, and personnel changes with the COR and Government security representatives.
• Verify required training, certifications, clearances, uniforms, and equipment remain current.
• Review shift logs, staffing plans, inspections, and performance results; correct deficiencies promptly.
• Support emergency notifications and accountability for Government-furnished equipment and access credentials. Requirements Education / Certification:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 years as an Access Contr ol Officer using security systems such as DISS.
• Minimum 2 years as an access-contr ol supervisor.

Other Requirements

• U.S. citizen and at least 25 years old.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with SSBI/Tier 5 and eligibility for SCI indoctrination.
• Willingness to complete a CI polygraph if required.
• Ability to maintain clearance and required access for the life of the contract. Preferred Qualification (Education/Training/Experience)
• Experience supporting secure DoD or Intelligence Community facilities.
• Familiarity with DISS, Scattered Castles, Lenel/Central Monitoring Stations, and access-contr ol SOPs.
• Current first-aid certification.

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Physical RequirementsMust be able to perform prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping for up to 12 hours; read, write, speak, and understand English fluently; and understand and apply printed rules, detailed orders/instructions, and training materials.
