Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our independent Insurance team. No insurance experience is required—we're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong people skills, prospecting/sales drive, and a desire to learn and grow.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop valuable business, customer service, and communication skills while building a long-term career with a respected local agency. Develop leads and prospect new business through creative networking and internet sources. Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding service. Schedule appointments and follow up with customers as needed. Assist with customer inquiries and connect clients with the appropriate insurance solutions. Learn about insurance products and help educate customers on available options.

Support agency marketing and lead-generation efforts. Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation. Work closely with team members to provide a professional and friendly customer experience. Someone who enjoys working with people and helping others. Comfortable learning new computer systems and technology. No insurance experience required—we will train the right person. Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals. Valuable experience in customer service, business operations, and insurance.
