Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-impact technology transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving large-scale modernization initiatives, aligning business and technology stakeholders on a common target state, and delivering complex, multi-phase programs with measurable business outcomes.

This role requires strong organizational change management capabilities, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead large onsite teams in dynamic, high-visibility environments.

• Oversee migration of legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring minimal business disruption and maximum operational efficiency.

• Establish and maintain robust program governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and performance monitoring mechanisms.

• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Drive continuous improvement through adoption of Agile methodologies, automation tools, and data-driven decision-making practices.
