Location: Hybrid Columbus, OH

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end modernization of a legacy .NET application. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, scope, budget, risks, timelines, and cross-functional teams while ensuring successful delivery of the modernization initiative.

Required Skills:

• 7 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• Experience leading application modernization or legacy system migration projects
• Knowledge of .NET applications, cloud technologies, microservices, and DevOps
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Clarity PPM, or SharePoint
• Strong risk, scope, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar Project Management certification
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
