Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer with experience supporting products throughout the product lifecycle in a regulated engineering environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting, documentation, customer support, and DevOps experience while ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO, and IEC design-control requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Service Engineering documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support product deployments, configuration, upgrades, and 5-CI training activities.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support and manage customer escalations.
• Participate in customer calls and assist with requirements decomposition.
• Lead technical execution while effectively communicating risks, issues, and proposed solutions.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and IEC design-control requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting.
• Support computer management activities and service engineering operations.
• Work with DevOps tools and Jira to manage tasks, workflows, and issue tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience with cloud-based product solutions is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience in an R&D or regulated engineering environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting customers in technical environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Skaneateles Falls, NY.
