Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Complex Programs to lead and deliver IBM''s largest and most strategically significant client commitments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Technical Program Management (TPM), Agile methodologies, AI/emerging technologies, enterprise program delivery, and executive-level client management.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Technical Program Manager.
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale enterprise IT programs.
• Strong Technical Program Management (TPM) experience.
• Demonstrated experience serving as an Agile Champion or leading Agile transformation/program delivery.
• Experience managing or delivering AI/Artificial Intelligence initiatives, AI-enabled solutions, or emerging technology programs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology, applications, business processes, and IT solutions.
• Experience managing program budgets, contractual costs, schedules, invoices, and deliverables.
• Experience with IPPF or similar project financial/contract management tools is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in risk, issue, dependency, change, and resource management.
• Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, partners, and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior executives and represent the organization in high-level client meetings.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business and technology challenges.
• Experience supporting complex deals, bids, proposals, or large client opportunities is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound business judgment.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.

Candidate Background

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Technical Program Manager / Enterprise Program Manager with experience managing highly complex technology programs in a consulting, technology services, or large enterprise environment.

The strongest candidates will demonstrate all three core capabilities:

1. Agile Champion – Able to lead Agile adoption and delivery across complex programs.

2. AI – Experience managing AI initiatives, AI-enabled solutions, or emerging technologies.

3. TPM – Strong Technical Program Management experience across multiple technical teams, systems, platforms, and workstreams
