We are looking for a high-performing Technology & Financial Services Professional to contribute to the development and delivery of technology-driven solutions within the banking and financial services sector.

The role is suited for someone who understands the intersection of financial services, technology, data, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. You will contribute to initiatives focused on modernising banking capabilities, improving customer experiences, strengthening operational efficiency, and building scalable next-generation financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to technology and digital transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services domain.
• Work with business, technology, product, data, and operations teams to understand requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of scalable technology solutions for financial services use cases.
• Contribute to initiatives involving data, AI, automation, cloud, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Analyse business and operational challenges and translate them into practical technology-driven solutions.
• Support the delivery of digital products, platforms, and capabilities across retail, commercial, and wholesale banking.
• Participate in solution design, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Use data and analytical insights to support business decisions and improve customer and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver technology initiatives effectively.
• Support the adoption of modern engineering, data, AI, and digital practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, automation, scalability, and customer experience.
• Contribute to documentation, technical discussions, project planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Stay current with developments across financial technology, AI, data, digital banking, cloud, and enterprise technology.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of professional experience in technology, financial services, consulting, digital transformation, data, product, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the intersection of banking, financial services, technology, and digital innovation.
• Understanding of modern technologies such as AI, data analytics, cloud platforms, automation, and digital solutions.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technology or process solutions.
• Exposure to banking or financial services environments, including retail, commercial, or wholesale banking, would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex business and technology challenges.
• Good understanding of software, data, digital platforms, or enterprise technology concepts.
