The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage vehicle stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company with pride, embodying their values during every customer interaction.
• Work independently, using your initiative to make the right decisions for each customer.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to varying daily challenges.
