Graph Data Engineer Customer Knowledge Graph
Graph data engineer to help build an enterprise Customer 360 Knowledge Graph across a multi-business-unit retail ecosystem. This is a technical, build-focused role you will be writing code, designing schemas, and getting data into the graph, not directing others to do it.

• Design and implement graph data models in Google Cloud Platform BigQuery Graph nodes, edges, properties, and relationship types grounded in real source system schemas
• Implement entity resolution pipelines deterministic and probabilistic matching using Elasticsearch and/or Python record linkage libraries to produce a unified golden customer record across business units
• Write and optimize Cypher queries for cross-BU relationship traversal, hierarchy roll-up, and cross-sell opportunity identification
• Work within a Google Cloud Platform environment (GCE VMs, GCS buckets) and contribute to pipeline architecture decisions

• Hands-on experience with Big Query Graph and Cypher you have built a real graph, not just taken a tutorial
• Familiarity with entity resolution concepts fuzzy matching, confidence scoring, survivorship rules
• Experience working with messy, real-world enterprise data across multiple source systems
• Google Cloud Platform or cloud data platform experience is a plus; willingness to get hands dirty in an early-stage build is essential
