Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Database Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, and maintain data warehouses and data marts using dimensional and normalized data modeling approaches, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
2. Develop data integration and ETL processes to source, transform, validate, and load data into enterprise analytical environments.
3. Implement and maintain enterprise databases, data dictionaries, SQL solutions, and database structures supporting reporting and decision-support applications.
4. Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into logical and physical data designs, reporting solutions, and analytical capabilities.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	5+ years of experience in data warehousing, data modeling, ETL development, enterprise databases, analytical reporting, and data warehouse implementation.
Technical Skills	Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, ETL Development, SQL, Enterprise Databases, Data Marts, Business Intelligence & Reporting, Data Dictionary Management
Business / Domain Skills	Data Architecture, Decision Support, Business Intelligence, Data Integration, Management Reporting, Requirements Analysis
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Oracle Database and enterprise relational database platforms.
2. Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools.
