Summary TTG Solutions is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer (SME) with extensive experience to join our team. We are looking for an innovative and collaborative professional to design and develop software applications and systems on the ServiceNow Platform. Description As a ServiceNow Developer (SME), you will design and develop applications using the ServiceNow Platform.

You will collaborate with teammates in planning, designing, developing, and utilizing data processing systems, determine user needs, analyze system capabilities to resolve program intent, handle output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and control systems. You will also design and develop compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems to meet the requirements of various projects. Experience LevelSubject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation.

For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.

Required Skills

• Minimum 16 years' experience as a Software Developer
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Engineering
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Development Platform including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HR Module, Customer Service Management (CSM), Asset Management, Change Management, Customer Development, CMDB, and Service Status Portal
• Proven success developing ServiceNow products using JavaScript
• Database administration experience with Oracle or MYSQL
• Ability to estimate work effort requirements as part of an Agile Scrum
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Capability to work individually and in a team environment
• Adaptability to changing environments

Base Salary $203,000 - $245,000 PTO 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. Retirement 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Paid Benefits Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonuses 3% to 5% annual bonuses. Cell Phone Stipend $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. Base Salary $245,000 Base salary for position. Retirement $36,750 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Benefits Budget $49,000 20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you.
