Sales Specialist / Career Changer - Fresh Food Counter (m/f/d) | Lübbenau/Spreewald, Germany | On-site

The Role

  • Engage customers with appealing displays, knowledgeable advice, and excellent service in the fresh food section.
  • Skillfully prepare and portion a variety of meats, cheeses, deli items, and fine foods.
  • Independently create specialty items using unique recipes.
  • Implement sales-driving initiatives and promotions.
  • Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards with a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience in retail, particularly with fresh food, or a background as a chef or in gastronomy is advantageous.
  • Career changers with experience handling fresh produce are also warmly welcomed.
  • A genuine interest in processing and preparing fresh meats and delicatessen items.
  • Enthusiasm for customer interaction and a passion for retail.

  • Flexibility to work in a shift-based model between Monday and Saturday (5:00 AM - 8:30 PM).
