The Role • Engage customers with expert advice and create appealing displays of high-quality meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen items. • Demonstrate skill in preparing and portioning fresh products. • Independently create specialty items according to house recipes. • Implement ideas for sales-promoting activities to enhance product visibility. • Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards with a keen eye for detail. What You'll Need • Ideally, a completed vocational training or professional experience in food retail or the (system) gastronomy sector. • As a career changer with food handling experience, you are also warmly welcomed. • A keen interest in processing and refining meat and fresh produce. • Enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for retail. • Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility. • Willingness to work a shift model, Monday to Saturday, between 6:00 AM and 8:30 PM.
