Service Desk Agent

Arthur Lawrence is looking for a Service Desk Agent, one of our clients. This is a remote opportunity, please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested:

Must-Have Skills:

• ITIL Service Management and Service Desk experience with strong IT support fundamentals.
• Previous ServiceNow experience, including incident creation, assignment, and tracking.
• Ability to work non-standard shifts, including weekday night shifts (8 PM–5 AM) and assigned weekend shifts.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience creating reports within ServiceNow.
• Experience with cloud-based telephony systems.
