Description
~Support Account Executives by providing excellent customer service to IT customers from different industries
~Generate quotes, sales orders, return forms, service forms, and other documentation as requested
~Strategically seek out best pricing from distribution partners
~Develop relationships with clients by taking phone calls, responding to emails, and having a proactive approach each day you come to work
~Handle all emails and internal documentation with a high level of detail
~Reach out to prospective customers when time allows
~Manage the return process for your customers when necessary
~Make educated IT solution recommendations for unique business cases presented to you by our customers
~Study and remain educated on the latest trends within the tech industry
~Attend and engage in all team meetings and trainings
~Regularly provide thoughtful feedback to management, and welcome constructive feedback to further develop your abilities and leadership potential
~Act as a team player, assisting coworkers even when not personally benefiting from your efforts
Requirements
~1-2 years of relevant sales or executive assistant experience
~Proven track record of outstanding customer service
~Excellent written and verbal communication skills
~Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM
