This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with real autonomy and influence.<br />What You’ll Be Doing<br />Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll take full operational and commercial responsibility for a 40+ person business unit.<br />You’ll:

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
• Own the P&amp;L and drive sustainable, profitable growth
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Shape culture, performance, and long-term strategy<br />This role offers genuine ownership—you’ll run the business as if it were your own.<br />What We’re Looking For<br />You’re a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment and knows how to turn opportunity into results.
• Senior management experience within sheet metal / fabrication
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&amp;L ownership essential)
• Track record of driving growth and improving profitability
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and deliver through others
