Senior Project Manager – Office Fit-Out Central London £110,000 + Travel + Commission I'm working with a £30m office fit-out contractor that's relatively new to the market but already building a serious name for itself across Central London. They're looking for a Senior Project Manager who is as strong in pre-construction and work winning as they are in project delivery. You'll be coming up against some of the biggest names in the industry, including Overbury and BW, so this isn't a role for someone who just wants to run a programme once the job is won. You'll be involved from the tender stage, putting together programmes and construction phase plans, leading tender interviews, pitching to clients, and ultimately being responsible for winning the project. You'll report directly into the founding directors, giving you real exposure, autonomy and the opportunity to learn from people with a serious track record in the market. What you'll be doing: • Leading pre-construction and tender activity for office fit-out projects up to £8m • Putting together tender programmes, construction phase plans and delivery strategies • Leading tender interviews, client presentations and project pitches • Working closely with the founding directors to develop winning bids • Managing multiple opportunities and projects across different stages of delivery • Building strong client relationships and understanding exactly what it takes to win the work • Taking projects from pre-construction through to successful delivery What's on offer: • £110,000 basic salary + travel + commission • Direct access to the founding directors and highly experienced leadership • The opportunity to play a major role in a high-growth business • Exposure to office fit-out projects up to £8m • Real responsibility for winning work, not just delivering it • A chance to build your name within a relatively new business with ambitious growth plans

Requirements:

• Strong pre-construction experience within office fit-out • Proven experience putting together tender programmes and construction phase plans • Comfortable leading tender interviews, pitches and client presentations • Ability to manage multiple jobs and opportunities at the same time • Strong programming and planning ability • Proven track record of winning work and examples you can talk through • Strong client-facing skills and the confidence to compete against established Tier 1 fit-out contractors • Commercially sharp, ambitious and hungry to be one of the best in the market If you're a Senior Project Manager who knows how to win work, can hold your own in front of clients, and wants a genuine opportunity to help shape a growing business, this one's worth a chat.
