The Role:

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Plan and implement differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum and school policies.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the English department and across the wider school community.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
• A strong understanding of the English curriculum at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
