Environmental Quality Management, Inc. Provide Accounting and Administrative support to local Environmental firm performing duties such as:
Track project costs on a daily basis via EQM Daily Work Reports and / or RCMS
Perform direct project cost reconciliation
Process project related A/P
Responsible for petty cash fund
Project related purchasing and/or purchasing support
Track equipment and material usage
Pick-up and deliver supplies and equipment
Assist on-site personnel as needed
General accounting background with experience in A/P and General Ledger
Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Teams and Adobe
Resourceful and works well in a busy environment both as part of a team and individually with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and writing skills
High School diploma required
Minimum 2 years administrative and or accounting support role
Must be able to drive vehicle or fly on an airplane independently to and from project site locations.
Flexible hours and some overtime required
Office hours are 40/week, Field hours are up to 60/week
Out-of-town travel required
Must be able to operate project assigned vehicles
Must be able to perform duties above while working in a job office trailer or other form of remote office location
