Infrastructure Engineer

IDR is seeking a Infrastructure Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves supporting and optimizing the platforms that enable a secure and productive end-user technology environment within a leading organization in the digital workplace and enterprise technology industry.
Position Overview for the Infrastructure Engineer:

• The Infrastructure Engineer is a technical contributor on the Digital Workplace team responsible for engineering, administering, supporting, and continuously improving platforms that empower end-users.
• The role primarily focuses on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Engineering, application management, automation, and production support.
• The engineer owns support and administration for Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID, while providing operational support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
• The position requires collaboration with teams responsible for platform development to ensure smooth deployment and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.
• The ideal candidate should have a passion for continuous innovation in workplace technology and possess extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft endpoint management and enterprise application deployment.

Requirements for the Infrastructure Engineer:

• Four or more years of experience in endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related technical role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
• Strong technical proficiency and attention to detail.
• Ability to support and improve complex digital workspace platforms through automation and effective management.
