Business Analyst Outside IR35

Contract Business Analyst | Finance Transformation | Liverpool (Hybrid) Liverpool (c. 3 days per week onsite)<br />£400 per day Outside IR35 6-month contract with chance of extension We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major finance transformation programme, supporting a portfolio of business change initiatives from discovery through to delivery.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work across Finance workstreams supporting process improvement, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, business readiness and implementation, helping drive meaningful change across a complex finance environment.

What we're looking for:<br />**Strong Business Analysis experience within finance transformation, business change or operational improvement<br />**Expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement<br />**Experience supporting projects from discovery through to implementation<br />**Confident facilitating workshops and challenging stakeholders constructively<br />**Ability to work across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment<br />**Retail, Finance or shared service experience would be advantageous.

ERP experience is helpful, but this is not an ERP implementation This is a role for someone who can take ownership, ask the right questions, produce high-quality documentation, and work collaboratively with Finance colleagues, programme leads and technical teams to move initiatives from idea to implemented outcome.
