Performance Details:

• What are the major objective(s) of the role? Specifically, what does this person need to do to be considered a success? What will they be working on?
• Seeking an attorney experienced in negotiating and settling personal injury matters, specifically skilled in premises liability cases, but also capable of assisting with property damage settlements
• Ideal Candidate : Should quickly grasp the facts of a case and assess its value for resolution purposes. No hands-on litigation will occur; this is strictly a settlement role, making it ideal for an alternative dispute resolution professional or an experienced litigator.

What are the MUST HAVE technologies for this position:

• Review medical records.
• Analyze pleadings and case documentation.
• Assist with case evaluations.
• Draft Requests for Authority (RFA).
• Prepare recommendations for settlement authority approvals.
• Support case strategy and settlement discussions.

What are the MUST HAVE Critical Skills for this position:

1. Strong writer (We will need 2-3 sample redacted papers)

2. Experience in mediating cases both privately and in court.

3. Being a team player

4. Attorney or highly experienced Claims Suit Adjuster.

5. Strong settlement negotiation experience.

6. Proven track record successfully evaluating and settling claims.

What are the NICE TO HAVE technologies / Skills:

Well-versed in evaluating claims exposure and settlement value.

Able to distill complex case information into clear authority requests.

Strong reputation for successfully settling cases.
