Chicago Commercial Finance Attorney

Minimum Requirements

5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house position, navigating complex financial transactions. Drafting agreements and structuring/negotiating acquisition finance and restructuring deals. Proven experience in performing commercial due diligence for Lenders. Strong emphasis on technical expertise and client service. Member in good standing and licensed in Illinois. The candidate must also pass a background check as a condition for employment. The starting salary range for this position is $225,000 and $350,000.
