Job description

We are seeking an
experienced Digital Workplace Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in
Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 administration, and modern endpoint management
technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and
supporting enterprise endpoint environments, deploying and troubleshooting
applications, administering Microsoft 365 services, and maintaining reliable
workplace technology operations.
The candidate will
collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, improve
operational efficiency through automation, and ensure the stability and
reliability of the organization's digital workplace services.
Key
Responsibilities
  • Engineer, administer, and support Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management platforms.
  • Deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise applications across endpoint devices.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
  • Manage and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including identity and access-related operations.
  • Provide operational support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform in collaboration with platform development teams.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline endpoint management and Microsoft 365 operations.
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve service reliability.
  • Monitor endpoint and workplace technology environments to maintain operational stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve technical issues and support business requirements.
  • Follow established IT operational procedures and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Required
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, systems administration, infrastructure support, or a related technical field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.
  • Proven experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, particularly Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
  • Experience administering and supporting Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
  • Experience troubleshooting endpoint, application, identity, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation techniques to improve IT operations.
